| 1. Confirmation |
All bookings require written or faxed
confirmations. We reserve the right to re-let after 7
days if no confirmation is received. |
| 2. Deposits |
The company reserves the right to request
a deposit at any time prior to the date of a meeting etc.
Failure to submit any deposits within the specified terms
may result in the booking being treated as cancelled by
the client. |
| 3. Numbers |
The company requires final numbers
for:
Conference: 7 days
Wedding: 3 weeks
Reception: 2 weeks

| 4. Cancellation |
Cancellations should be confirmed
in writing or fax to the Company. If your reception
is cancelled within 21 days, or insufficient time is
given to re-let the meeting room, a cancellation charge
may be raised in line with the notice period given,
along with the forfeit of any deposits paid.
21-14 days notice: 25% of total booking
value
14-7 days notice: 50% of total
booking value
within 7 days notice: 75% of total booking value

| 5. Accommodation |
a) Cancellation - Accommodation should
be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the expected
day of arrival. A telephone cancellation requires a
cancellation reference; please ensure that you receive
one and keep a note of it. If insufficient notice is
given and the accommodation not resold, a charge may
be made.
b) Non-arrival - If a guest fails to arrive and no cancellation
has been received, nor a cancellation reference issued,
a non-arrival charge for the accommodation will be raised.
In addition, the daily conference rate may be charged
(if applicable).

| 6. Company
Liability |
The Company shall not be liable for
any delay in performing its duties as a result of causes
beyond its control. |
| 7. Damages |
The Client shall reimburse the Company
for any costs incurred through wilful damage or negligence
of the Company's property by the Client or their guests. |
